Mid-State Construction & Roofing recently completed this large-scale industrial roof restoration in Carlyle, Illinois. The existing metal roof was facing structural integrity risks due to oxidation and seam separation. To provide a long-term, watertight solution without the downtime of a full replacement, we applied a high-solids Acrylic Elastomeric Coating system. As seen in the progress photos, our team meticulously applied the reflective white topcoat, which transforms the roof into a seamless, cool-roofing system. This project not only secured the facility against future leaks but also significantly reduced the building’s thermal load—essential for large-scale operations in Clinton County.

Mid-State Construction & Roofing recently spearheaded a comprehensive flat roof upgrade for a major industrial facility in Pana, Illinois. To ensure maximum durability and long-term puncture resistance, we selected a Fleeceback TPO membrane. s shown in the project photos, our crew utilized a precision-spray adhesive system to create a superior bond between the membrane and the substrate. This method provides enhanced wind-uplift performance—critical for the open landscapes of Christian County. By choosing Fleeceback EPDM, the client gained a robust, watertight system that stands up to extreme Illinois weather while offering a significantly longer service life than traditional ballasted systems. Our team handled the entire installation with minimal disruption to the facility’s daily operations.
